Sebastian Sklair is the founder and Vision Conductor of VYBSTAK the world’s first crowd-governed, creator-powered social platform. More than a tech entrepreneur, Seb is a cultural builder, father, and systems critic who’s lived the highs and lows of the digital age firsthand.
Raised in London with deep multicultural roots, Seb’s journey has taken him from creative industries to startup boardrooms, and through the frustrations that many feel: being over-surveilled, misunderstood by algorithms, and creatively devalued in the platforms we live on.
But instead of staying disillusioned, he did something rare, he created a blueprint for something better.
With a strong moral core and an intuitive sense of digital culture, Seb launched VYBSTAK to rebuild the relationship between creators, communities, and content discovery.
